A. A standard appointment is 45 minutes, sometimes I go over, if that’s cool with you.
Q. How do I Pay for this appointment?
A. I accept payment by PayPal, SquareCash, or Venmo.
Q. How do I cancel our appointment?
A. To avoid being charged for the session, please give 48 hrs advance notice, so someone else can grab your time slot! Missed appointments will be charged before booking the next appointment. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Help! I have a skincare emergency!
A. If it’s a REAL emergency, please call 911 immediately. If it’s a short, easy question, feel free to send an email or text between sessions. All additional questions are subject to follow-up fees, which will be discussed with you prior to charge.
Q. What if I don’t want to do this anymore?
A. You’ll be missed but, either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Keep in mind, prepaid fees are non-refundable.
Q. I don’t like these products.
A. Products can often be trial and error. I want to ensure the best experience possible therefore if you don’t like the product, I want you to be able to return it. There is nothing worse than a drawer full of products not being used. All suggested purchases will be made with a 30 day return policy in place.
Q. You don’t even know what I look like?
A. Feel free to send me a photo of your skin. You can send full face, or pictures of specific areas of concern. Take the picture in a well-lit area without much in the background. I suggest taking Before and After pictures to track the progress of our results.
Q. I don’t want to fill out all the product info on the intake form, what are my options?
A. I totally get it! Line up your products so all the names are visible and send me a picture. If you have a lot of products, organize them into smaller groups so I can clearly see the product names.
Q. Why is your advice better than a salesperson or my facialist?
A. With 9 years of hands-on experience, I have seen A LOT of skin. I know what questions to ask to elicit answers that you may not have thought of about your own skin. In addition, I have no affiliation to a particular product line, allowing me to recommend from ANY line and to purchase from any place without bias. Therefore, we can stay with product lines you like, and introduce you to new lines that remain within a comfortable budget.
Q. I’m too busy to buy the products you’ve recommended. Can you help?
A. Absolutely! Let me make your life easier. I don’t sell skincare myself, but I am happy to be your personal shopper! For an additional charge, I will order the products and have them shipped straight to your house. Easy, peasy!
